Fred Dyke, born in 1950 on a small island off Canada’s east coast, has lived a life rich with diverse experiences. From his early days as a lobster fisherman to earning a Physics degree, Fred has lived various careers, including 13 years in banking and over a decade in the printing industry. In 1998, he founded Dyman Management Inc., where he inspired countless leaders through seminars across Canada, the U.S., and even internationally.

A sixth-degree black belt in Judo, Fred has dedicated years to teaching and competing, showcasing his commitment to discipline and excellence.
