Fred Dyke’s life is a compelling narrative of transformation and impact. Growing up on Canada’s east coast, he experienced the realities of hard work and resilience early on. This foundation led him through diverse fields, from fishing to physics and ultimately to a career in leadership development.
Through Dyman Management Inc., he shared with leaders at multiple levels in many industries and locations. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his sixth-degree black belt in Judo. In 2015, he and his wife, Judee, became full-time pastors, demonstrating their dedication to service.
His 2023 book, “Skipper Ches, As Tough As It Gets,” is a personal and heartfelt tribute to his parents. Fred’s multifaceted life showcases his passion for personal growth and his desire to inspire others.
Fred began Judo in 1968 and after 15 years of competing, winning over 40 titles including 10 provincial championships, and running his own Judo club, he was recently promoted to rank of “Rokudan” i.e. 6th degree black belt.
After 45 years in management, and at the age of 65 Fred was called to be a pastor of Belfountain Village Church, north of Toronto and later was ordained as a minister.
